Agreement and eligibility

On iOS, these terms supplement Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may use the Focus+ community only if you are at least 16, can legally agree to these terms, and follow applicable law. If you are 16–17, your parent or guardian must know that you use Focus+ for real-world meetups and must provide any consent required where you live. People under 16 may not use the community.

Age-community boundary

You must provide a truthful age range. Ages 16–17 and ages 18+ use separate communities. You may not bypass, test against, or help another person evade that separation. An age community is locked; contact support for a correction or age transition.

Real-world meetups

Members, not Focus+, create and attend activities. Use appropriate public places, tell someone you trust, arrange safe transport and leave if something feels wrong. Focus+ does not verify every identity and does not guarantee a member, activity, location, attendance, fitness outcome or safety. In immediate danger, leave and contact local emergency services.

Your content and conduct

You keep responsibility for content you submit and grant Focus+ the limited permission needed to host, process, moderate and deliver it. You must follow the Community Standards and respect consent, privacy, intellectual property and the law. Do not submit illegal, exploitative, deceptive, threatening, hateful, sexually abusive or privacy-invasive content.

Moderation and access

Focus+ may filter, restrict, preserve or remove content and may limit, suspend or close accounts to operate the service, address risk or comply with law. Members can report and block; eligible moderation decisions can be appealed. No particular outcome or response time is guaranteed.

Subscriptions

Android does not currently offer paid subscriptions. On iOS, Focus+ Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before renewal. Prices, duration, trials and billing terms shown by the App Store at purchase control. Manage or cancel in Apple account subscription settings; use Restore Purchases in Focus+ when needed.

Privacy, deletion and changes

The Privacy Policy explains data use and retention. Account deletion is available in Profile → Privacy & Safety. Safety, fraud, appeal and legal records may be retained as described there. Features and these terms may change; material changes will be dated and communicated where required.
