Be truthful and respectful

Use an authentic account, describe activities honestly, respect consent and boundaries, and communicate without harassment, threats, hate, intimidation or unwanted sexual conduct.

Protect privacy

Do not publish another person’s exact location, contact details, private messages or identifying information without permission. Do not pressure anyone to share more information than needed for a meetup.

Age-separated communities

Members must be at least 16. Ages 16–17 and ages 18+ use separate communities and may not use Focus+ to discover, invite, message or meet across that boundary. Never misstate an age range, help someone bypass an age control or facilitate use by a person under 16. Report suspected misuse through the dedicated category.

Meet safely

Choose an appropriate place, share plans with someone you trust, use the timed check-in tools and leave if something feels wrong. Focus+ provides tools and boundaries but cannot guarantee safety, attendance, identity or conduct.

Prohibited conduct

Spam, impersonation, scams, unlawful activity, coercion, stalking, credible threats, sexual misconduct, exploitation, attempts to bypass a suspension or ban, and retaliation for a report are prohibited.

Child safety

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors and sexual trafficking of children are prohibited. Use Report on an activity, member or message to report sexual misconduct or exploitation, suspected underage use or an age-boundary violation. You can also contact mehmet.sit@sit-technology.com for child safety concerns. Do not send illegal imagery or sensitive evidence by email; describe the concern and include an in-app report reference if available. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Enforcement

Focus+ may restrict content or accounts based on reports, service signals and review. Measures can include content removal, feature limits, suspension, ban, evidence preservation and referral to appropriate services or authorities where warranted. Decisions may be appealed.
