Reports and appeals

Report in the app

Open the relevant activity, member or message and choose Report. Categories include harassment, threats, impersonation, sexual misconduct, suspected underage use, immediate danger, spam and other. Blocking takes effect immediately for the reporting member and is separate from the moderation decision.

What a report contains

A report records its category, subject, reporter account, time, jurisdiction hint, summary and bounded evidence references. Access is restricted to authorized operational review. Focus+ does not ask members to upload identity documents or chat files as part of this build.

Review and action

Reports enter a moderation queue with status and audit history. Review can lead to no action, content action, feature restriction, suspension, ban, preservation or escalation. Urgent and child-safety concerns can receive priority handling. Outcomes and timing depend on the evidence, risk and applicable obligations; Focus+ does not promise a particular legal result.

Appeal

If an account is suspended or banned, use the appeal form shown in the app. Explain the reason for reconsideration without including unnecessary sensitive information. The appeal is linked to the server-controlled account action and recorded for review.

Legal notices

Notices about unlawful content or official requests can be sent to mehmet.sit@sit-technology.com. Clearly identify the requesting person or authority, jurisdiction, specific content or account, legal basis, requested action and a safe contact method. Focus+ validates requests and may preserve records where appropriate; this page does not create a guarantee of removal, disclosure or response time.
