Delete your Focus+ account

Request deletion without the app

Email mehmet.sit@sit-technology.com with the subject “Delete my Focus+ account”. Include the email associated with your Apple or Google sign-in and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you use Apple Hide My Email, include the private relay address associated with Focus+ if you know it. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

You do not need to reinstall Focus+ to request deletion. Do not send passwords, SMS codes, identity documents or sensitive incident evidence by email.

Delete in the app

Open Profile → Privacy & safety → Delete account, and confirm your sign-in identity. If you have not finished Android account setup, choose Delete my account on the setup screen.

Data removed and retention exceptions

Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, hosted meetups, participation, temporary chat content, device notification registrations and account-scoped data. Safety reports and appeals may be de-identified. Limited safety, fraud, appeal, backup and legal records may be retained where necessary, including unresolved reports or preservation holds. Retention is reviewed according to purpose and applicable requirements; see the privacy policy.

If you have an Apple subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings to stop future renewals. Android currently has no paid subscriptions.
